*DSCC Autocross R8* Sun, September 15th, 2019 Event Review
Raceday started warm but cooled a little with a shower of rain during the morning. 19 drivers entered the Autocross. One of our regulars had car trouble before the day even started so one of the Club Cars was loaned out for a day on the track. The first run was surprising with Neil Goudie coming in under 150 seconds, an extremely fast time. He got that down to 141.8 on the last run of the day. But even with those times he still came in second. After lunch Bryson Lloyd produced 141.21, 141.31 and 141.76 taking first place and the fastest time for many years. Results Class A: Grant Fraser Class B: John Londrigan Class D: Bryson Lloyd Class E: Chris Reeves Junior: Rebecca Fraser Ladies: Danae Lawson Full results - Autocross - Khanacross October is busy with Deni Ute Muster, Bathurst, AROCA Winton 12Hour Regularity so it's a wait for the next run - 17th November 2019. Autocross Round 9 will be the normal 10am start, with a Junior Khanacross during the lunchbreak. Gates will be open at 8:30am. Canteen will be open with hot food ready to go soon after.
