Event Review

Racing for 2017 year is finished at DSCC.
While the turnout for events was less than spectacular, it has been a good year. And less drivers means more track time for those that came.
The last event of the year saw the highest driver turnout of the year. The awards and free BBQ might have helped a little. The BBQ was well attended with Grant and Terry getting the cooking done and it was well appreciated with little left by the starving drivers.
Presentations were made during the afternoon with the winners being : -
Class A : Neil Morrison
Class B : John Londrigan
Class D : Bryson Lloyd
Class E : Ron Keating
Junior : Harrison van Zeyl
Outright Champion : Bryson Lloyd
The Outright Champion received prizes donated by Parts Central : a Racing Harness and an under bonnet work light.
Junior prize money was awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Harrison van Zeyl received $100, Rushton Milward $75 and Tom Hills took home $25.
